Social Security Disability Lawyer Seattle Washington

There are so many occupations out there where people buy their paychecks spending their body.

They've been through a great deal, both physically and emotionally often.

But some people end up with things that, that are not curable, are not fixable, repairable, and the only thing we can do is try to make sure that Social Security is there for them. Because that's what we believe the system was designed for.

Well I think, first and foremost, it takes compassion. It takes understanding.

And I think that's the most important thing that can be done when you're meeting with a client is to listen to them.

We are translators. We're translating an individual's condition, disease or disability into an understandable concept for an administrative law judge or for a claim adjudicator to be able to understand why that person is unable to work.

And time and time and time again you'll see decisions written by judges that will say I'm denying benefits here because this individual is not credible. I don't believe their story. Our job and we believe we're very good at it, is to build upon the credibility that I believe all of our clients have that come to us and communicate that in an effective way so that we're getting a decision from the judge saying I find this individual's story credible.

And telling their story is, is the most important part of it.
We have over the decades done nothing other than try to demonstrate, express, tell the story of the disabled people that, that we represent.

The most gratifying aspect of our job is the knowledge of knowing that we've actually helped people. That's the thing that's important. That's what drives us to do what we do.

A person wouldn't stay in doing Social Security disability if you didn't truly care and, and like rescuing people.

I love what I do.
